247 Records is an independent label, born and raised in Sweden. We started this whole thing back in 2003 when we felt more good music needed to come out on vinyl. The first release with Mikah 9 from Freestyle Fellowship was very welcomed among listeners worldwide and after that we kept it rolling until where we are today. The love for the music is our fuel and vinyl is our passion. For as long we possibly can, we’ll keep putting out music on vinyl, the superior format of music.




In 2007 we gave birth to Gang of Fools, a new division of 247 Records. The idea behind this is to bring out more uptempo music; tunes and rhythm for a dirty club. If the Gang of Fools logo is attached to any of our releases, that means the record got swing. It’s just as simple and good as the logo itself.



Unfortunately, the vinyl records is becoming more and more rare out there. It constantly get harder to bring out the music on wax. But we are lucky to have a cooperation with HHV.de in Germany. That means we will keep putting stuff out on vinyl even if it's limited editions. We just started our serious digital release part of our label. We will bring out releases from both 247 Records and G.o.F. to digital stores around the world. Everything is handled and distributed by the good folks at Finetunes. Nice!
